Tactical Law Enforcement Member
Volunteer Programming Consultant

As a 23-year veteran of law enforcement I have had the opportunity to work in western, northern, eastern, and central Canada.  During that time, I have been involved in countless high-risk calls involving weapons, high risk vehicle take towns and physical altercations during arrest.  I have been a tactical response team member for 5 years working in eastern and central Canada. As a tactical response team member, I have been involved in several high profile take downs, and high risk ambushes.

As an officer dealing with night shifts, physical challenges during arrest, mental agility with little sleep, and raising three children, I can say without reservation that, maintaining a high degree of fitness and strength takes work and discipline. Throughout my service I have learned the level of physical fitness required to complete the job confidently and effectively and now provide this knowledge to refine Assault Athletics, to create a highly effective law enforcement physical training program.
